TC444 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between TC444 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the TC444 website located at https://tc444.cam and any associated services, mobile-optimised interfaces or platform features (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, making a deposit or participating in any game, sports bet or promotion offered through TC444, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Services.

TC444 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following notification of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on TC444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are acting as an individual in your personal capacity and not on behalf of a business, trust or any other entity.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing TC444 from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you have independently verified that your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had an Account with TC444 suspended, closed or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer or close associate of the Operator or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are of sound mind and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
• Your use of the Services does not violate any laws or regulations applicable to you in your place of residence or domicile.

Users must complete the registration process accurately and in full, providing truthful information including a valid name, date of birth, email address and contact details. TC444 does not permit multiple Accounts per individual. If duplicate Accounts are detected, both may be suspended and any funds held therein may be forfeited subject to investigation.

TC444 may request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. TC444 strongly recommends enabling any two-factor authentication options available on the platform. You must notify TC444 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. TC444 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Each User may hold only one Account. Registering multiple Accounts to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses or for any other purpose constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of funds.

By accessing the TC444 platform you agree to use the Services solely for their intended entertainment purpose and in compliance with these Terms. You acknowledge that:

• All bets and wagers placed through TC444 are final once accepted by the platform, except where these Terms or specific game rules provide otherwise.
• TC444 is an entertainment platform and outcomes are determined by random number generators (for casino games) or real-world sporting events (for sports betting). No outcome is guaranteed.
• You will not use any automated systems, bots, scripts or other non-human methods to interact with the platform.
• You will not attempt to exploit, manipulate or abuse any aspect of the platform including promotions, game mechanics or payment systems.
• The Services are provided on an "as available" basis and TC444 does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
• TC444 reserves the right to void bets or transactions where a technical error, pricing error or data error has occurred, at its reasonable discretion.

TC444 supports various deposit methods as communicated on the platform from time to time. References to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options such as BTC and USDT are provided as familiar Pakistani payment references only. TC444 does not represent that any of these providers officially support, endorse or facilitate gambling transactions. Method availability, transaction limits and processing times are subject to change without notice and may vary based on your verification status.

TC444 processes transactions in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) as the primary currency. Where deposits are made in alternative currencies or cryptocurrencies, the equivalent PKR value at the time of processing will be applied using prevailing market rates. TC444 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

Minimum deposit amounts are communicated on the relevant deposit page. These figures are illustrative and subject to change. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate personal source and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.

Deposits are credited to your Account once funds have cleared through the relevant payment channel and any applicable verification steps have been completed. TC444 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems or network conditions.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed all applicable KYC verification steps before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to platform and payment provider rules.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts, processing categories and indicative timeframes are communicated on the platform. These are illustrative only — TC444 does not guarantee specific withdrawal speeds.
• Withdrawal processing may be subject to AML checks, additional verification requests and standard banking or payment provider processing times.
• Any bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• TC444 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms or a legal obligation to do so.

All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets and free spins offered by TC444 are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. Where no specific terms are stated, the following general bonus conditions apply.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are detailed in individual offer terms.

All bonuses have a defined validity period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically without compensation.

TC444 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings and suspend Accounts where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a User has abused the bonus system. Abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple Accounts, using coordinated betting strategies to reduce risk across multiple Accounts, providing false registration information to claim offers, or misrepresenting eligibility for a promotion.

Individual bonus promotions may carry maximum cashout limits. Where a maximum cashout applies, any winnings from bonus activity that exceed the stated limit will be forfeited. Specific limits are detailed in the relevant promotion terms.

All bets and wagers placed through TC444's sportsbook, live casino, slots and other game categories are subject to the platform's general and game-specific rules. The following principles apply universally:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the platform. A confirmation message or bet reference constitutes acceptance of a wager.
• TC444 reserves the right to limit stake amounts, impose maximum win caps or restrict access to specific markets for individual Accounts at its discretion.
• Sports betting results are determined by the outcome of real-world events. Cricket results, including PSL T20 matches and ICC tournament fixtures, are determined by the relevant officiating body. TC444 uses third-party data providers to settle bets and is not responsible for errors originating from those providers, provided it acts in good faith.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or platform error during a live game session, the round outcome may be voided and stakes refunded at TC444's reasonable discretion.
• TC444 does not guarantee the availability of any specific game, market or sporting event at any time.

TC444 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and player welfare. All users are encouraged to gamble within their means and to use the responsible gambling tools available on the platform, including:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps directly within Account settings.
• Loss Limits — restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits — set automatic session time reminders or hard cut-offs.
• Cooling-Off Periods — temporarily restrict Account access for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion — request a longer-term or permanent exclusion from the platform.

TC444 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection, use and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes registration information, transaction history, KYC documentation, device and session data, and communications with support. This data is used to operate your Account, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, prevent fraud and improve the platform.

TC444 does not sell personal data to third-party advertisers. Data shared with third-party service providers (payment processors, identity verification services, game providers) is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the TC444 platform:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Attempting to launder money or use TC444 to process funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Registering multiple Accounts or using another person's Account or payment method.
• Accessing the Services from a jurisdiction where gambling is prohibited without disclosing this to TC444.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other users or the operation of the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or reproduce any element of the TC444 platform or its intellectual property.

Violations of this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TC444 and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the Services.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity arising from use or inability to use the Services.
• Interruptions to Service availability caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party outages or events outside TC444's reasonable control.
• Errors in third-party data feeds used for sports event settlement.
• Delays in payment processing caused by payment providers, banking systems or regulatory requirements.
• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits TC444's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

TC444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• TC444 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, identity misrepresentation or money laundering.
• A User is identified as a minor or as a Prohibited User under Section 3.
• TC444 is required to do so by a legal or regulatory obligation.
• The User's Account has been inactive for an extended period, subject to TC444's dormant account policy.

Upon termination, TC444 will process any legitimate outstanding balance in accordance with these Terms, subject to satisfaction of all applicable KYC and AML requirements. Users may also request Account closure voluntarily at any time by contacting support.

TC444 may amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or by a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Services after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Services and may request Account closure by contacting support.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licensed. TC444 does not represent that these Terms or the Services comply with the laws of any particular country, including Pakistan.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through TC444's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction as determined by the Operator, to the extent permitted by law.
